Structure of liquefied petroleum gas safety valve
1. LPG safety valve has the characteristics of simple structure, good sealing performance, accurate opening pressure, large discharge capacity, small return pressure difference, convenient adjustment and so on.

The disc sealing surface adopts advanced laser quenching technology to improve the hardness, wear resistance and impact resistance.
4. Adjusting nut: by adjusting the adjusting nut and adjusting the compression amount of the spring, the valve can easily and quickly obtain the accurate setting pressure.
5. Back pressure adjustment set: the auxiliary mechanism for adjusting the back pressure of the disc, through the back pressure adjustment set, the appropriate return pressure difference can be obtained.
When it is raised, the back pressure of the valve is reduced.
When it is lowered, the back pressure of the valve is increased.
Setting requirements for liquefied petroleum gas safety valves
1. The spring closed full opening type must be selected, and the opening pressure should not be greater than the design pressure of the storage tank.
The calculation of the smaller exhaust cross-sectional area of the safety valve shall be in line with the provisions of the current National regulations for Safety Technical Supervision of pressure vessels.
2. Storage tanks with a volume of 100`m ^ 3` or 100`m ^ 3` shall be provided with 2 or more safety valves.
3. The discharge pipe of the LPG safety valve shall not be smaller than the outlet diameter of the safety valve.
The discharge pipe mouth of the safety valve of the above-ground tank should be more than 2m higher than the tank operating platform and more than 5m higher than the ground.
The discharge pipe mouth of the safety valve of the underground storage tank should be 2.5 or more above the ground.
4. A valve shall be installed between the safety valve and the storage tank.
And the valve port should be fully open, and lead seal or lock should be used.
Liquefied petroleum gas safety valve is suitable for water, air, liquefied petroleum gas and similar non-corrosive medium equipment and pipelines with a working temperature of-40 ℃ to 80 ℃.
The liquefied petroleum gas safety valve is suitable for the liquid phase return pipeline of the pump product of the liquefied petroleum gas tank. when the pressure in the equipment and pipeline exceeds the allowable value, the valve automatically opens and then fully discharges, and when the pressure decreases to the specified value, the valve closes automatically to ensure the safe operation of the equipment.
